Hello! I’m Jordan. Wife, Momma, Certified Integrative Nutrition & Holistic Health Coach, and big time believer in positivity and self-advocacy. I focus primarily on women’s health, hormone balance, thyroid & autoimmune conditions. My philosophy on nutrition & wellness is based upon helping clients feel and function their best — for life.
