I focus primarily on women’s health, hormone balance, thyroid & autoimmune conditions. My philosophy on nutrition & wellness is based upon helping clients feel and function their best — for life. I value the importance of balance and sustainability in the ways we eat and live, and therefore I help each of my clients address their concerns while teaching them how to create a plan they can actually enjoy.
