Cut two pieces of parchment of equal size per serving.
2. Place one of the squares on a baking sheet. Place the veggies of your choice onto the center of the parchment.
3. Place the fish on top of the bed of veggies. Season with salt and pepper, and any other seasonings you choose. See below for my favorite flavor recommendations.
4. Top with the other piece of parchment. Roll the edges of both the top and bottom parchment papers together to where they hold together and form a pouch.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 12-15 minutes. Bake times will vary based on the size and thickness of the fish.
Salmon & Asparagus with Dill
Place the salmon on top of the asparagus. Season with salt, pepper, and 1/8 tsp. of dried dill.
Lemon Salmon & Snow Peas
Place the salmon on top of the snow peas. Season with salt and pepper. Place 2-3 pieces of thinly sliced lemon on top.
Asian Style
Place veggies of choice on the parchment with the fish on top. Drizzle the fish with coconut aminos (or soy sauce). Sweet chili sauce is also a good option.
