Recipe: Easy Italian Dressing

Making your own dressings and sauces at home is much more simple than you might think. Not only do you avoid added sugars, preservatives, and other unnecessary ingredients by making your own, but you also can customize your flavors. The sky really is the limit here, and you can really be as creative as you like. For this recipe, it’s just a basic blend of oil, vinegar, and spices that make up a delicious combination. I use this dressing on my salads, as a marinade for chicken, and also on my Italian Pasta Salad. Enjoy!
